Alan Fernandez has been building quality homes in Arizona since 1994. He had previously been building with a partner but had a dream of starting his own company. He started out small building only a few homes at a time, but as his reputation for honesty, integrity, and caring grew, so too did the demand for AJF built homes. Our goal at AJF is to make sure you as a customer are happy throughout the complete home building experience. AJF Custom Homes was named BBB Nominee for Ethics Award 2002!
AJF builds single family residences in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Desert Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, New River, Surprise, Wittman and Glendale areas. We build custom, semi-custom, and spec homes on our land or on land owned by our clients. The style of home varies with the request of the customer. Some examples of styles previously built are Territorial, Spanish, Tuscan, and Traditional elevations. We work closely with our clients from the design phase to close of escrow and beyond to ensure that all of their wishes and expectations are met.
